		<description>Trina...I can&#039;t remember for sure, but, I think if your beta numbers are doubling u should be in pretty good shape...I&#039;m not sure about the progesterone level u have though.  Maybe ask the doc if he&#039;ll consider letting you get beta levels every so often to make sure you keep doubling ....if so, your body is producing enough good progesterone to maintain your pregnancy.  You could supplement w/progesterone cream.  You&#039;ll find it at any health food store.  It&#039;s kind of pricey though...it will just add some Xtra progesterone support.  Remember, it&#039;s  more progesterone u want...not estrogen, but your body will make more of that too while pg.

As for eating the estrogen foods, I wouldn&#039;t go hog wild with that.  I wrote that specifically for women in pre-menopause and menopause, to help increase their decreasing estrogen levels naturally.  God bless, keep me posted on how your pg goes....Lyn</description>
