Infertile men and women alike need good preconceptual care to have good sperm quantity as well as quality…there’s no denying what good nutrition can do for men’s little swimmer’s!! Well, I had the great fortune of stumbling upon a site that also is a great resource and support for implementing preconceptual care to improve infertility problems as well as many other types of birth defects and anomolies that occur during conception. I was so happy to see this site and wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t pass along this info because it’s such a shot in the arm for those who need help gaining control over their own fertility. The site also discusses many other types of health related problems and overcoming them with the right diet and lifestyle. When you get there click on the Preconception I and Preconception II articles….those have some really valuable insight. You can also move around the site and read about its origin…it’s really interesting to say the least…here’s the link…
