Explaining Unexplained Infertility….

We as women were designed to reproduce. It is what we were created to do.  When this will not occur, there are reasons for it.  Whether it’s compromised digestion due to gallstones from poor diet, or a liver that is congested due to poor diet and years of high demands being put upon it to detoxify, different aspects of our health that may seem unrelated to fertility are actually very much related to it.  It’s important when dealing with infertility to keep a “whole” picture in mind.  If your body isn’t reproducing, and there doesn’t seem to be a reason why, that is usually a reflection of other inbalances elsewhere in the body other than the reproductive system.  I have written more regarding this and you can access it here:

A Great Site for Encouragement and Hope!

For those that are experiencing Age Related Infertility, I just wanted to leave some links with this post that have helped and encouraged me throughout some of my more bleak moments when the world is telling us we’re too old, and our eggs can’t do it without some fancy kind of medical intervention. Oh, and if you’re beyond 43? You might as well hang it up right?  Wrong.  Completely wrong….and if you’re in doubt just go to this site and read the multitudes of women, some dating many years back as well as many in our very own times that have had successful pregnancies past age 44.  All natural, with no donor eggs or medical intervention!  It’s more common than you may think.  Here’s the links, enjoy!!

Liver Function and Secondary Infertility

What could be more frustrating and disappointing than getting pregnant once before and trying again with no results?  What has changed?  What could be so different?  Well it’s important to keep our “whole” bodies in mind when we consider fertility.  The condition of our entire health is an important aspect of fertility and one major source of either good or bad health is a congested over worked liver.  Our liver has such a huge demand put upon it daily, and as we age that can translate to a liver that is more sluggish in it’s purification process than it was back when that first pregnancy happened.  You can learn more about the liver’s role in fertility/infertility by clicking the link below:

Age Related Infertility and the Digestion Connection…

As we age most everything in our bodies takes a bit of a dive but why?  Alot of it has to do with compromised digestive acid levels in our stomach, and Age Related Infertility is not exempt in this regard either.  We just don’t have the strong levels of acid that we did in our youth, and our entire body, including our fertility will start to slowly change because of this. Our bodies need the strong acid to breakdown and absorb the nutrition that reproductive systems need to reproduce. Read more about what can be done to improve this process here:

Improve Estrogen Levels Naturally….Eating the Right Foods!

Many times just eating the right foods with good estrogen levels of their own, can be enough to ward off those nasty pre-menopausal symptoms.  Since changing my diet to a 80% raw diet myself, I can personally validate that this method does work…I had hot flashes, miscarriages, sleeplessness, and irritability til implementing the right food in my diet daily. Increasing Circulation to Improve Age Related Infertility

Believe it or not, circulation plays an important role in the health and well being of women’s reproductive systems.  As we age circulation becomes more and more compromised.  However, there are alternative methods of improving this aspect of fertility and once these are implemented in a woman’s daily routine, she just may find herself with a positive pregnancy test before too long.  Read more about good circulation and it’s vital role in in good fertility as we age here:

Thin Uterine Lining…It Can Be Improved Naturally!!

Many women experiencing age related infertility may find themselves hearing quite a bit about their thin uterine linings being a problem.  Lower levels of estrogen will cause this and you’ll have a good indicator that this is occurring by light almost non-existent menstrual flows.

There are natural ways to help improve and increase the thickness of your uterine lining/edometrium it’s just a matter of knowing what to do.  It will require some lifestyle modifications and changes…but in the end it will be so worth the work.  Read more about it here:
